Dr. Morales has lived in Brownsville, TX, since 1970. He graduated from Homer Hanna High School in 1988. He graduated from Instituto Odontológico de Matamoros in 1994 with his dental degree. He partnered with his brother and continues with their practice in Matamoros, Mexico, since graduation. Dr. Morales completed the UTSA Preceptorship in Dental Implants in 1998 and incorporated it into his general dentistry practice.

Mercedes, TX: 11/10/2022: Magic Valley Electric Cooperative (MVEC) Board President, Martin Enrique Garcia II (DVM) peacefully passed away on November 6, 2022. A graduate of Texas A&M University as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Garcia joined the MVEC Board of Directors on July 3, 1972, and represented the Cooperative’s District 1 which encompasses Raymondville, Lyford, Linn, San Manuel, San Isidro, and parts of North Edinburg. In 2001, Garcia was elected as MVEC Board President and served in that role until his passing. Garcia continuously served on MVEC’s Board representing District 1 for 50 years.
