Once you have enrolled in paperless billing, you will no longer be receiving a paper bill. When a new E-bill is available, you will receive an email notification containing a link to view your eBill. Magic Valley Electric COOP will attempt to present your eBill notification promptly; however, it is your sole responsibility to provide a current email address for bill notification purposes and to log in to www.magicvalley.coop to access your bill if you do not receive the notification via email. You must contact Magic Valley Electric COOP at 1-800-225-5683 if you cannot access your bill online. It is also your sole responsibility to ensure timely payment of all utility bills. Bill notices and other important notices about your account will be sent to you electronically from the mailbox with the following address: email@example.com. Please add this email address to your address book so it is not marked as spam by any email filtering software you may use. Email communications for which you would like to reply should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org
